A new layer on the old one The process of repairing facades of thermally insulated buildings experiences a situation where the plaster and reinforcement layers are devastated and thus can not serve as sufficient carrying substrate for a new plaster - reinforcement layer. Attempts of driving new fixing pins into the old layers fail to give the expected result and ripping off the plaster – reinforcement layer not destroying the EPS panels underneath is virtually impossible.
Implementing an appropriate technology – the Renovadex WzmNW technology- enables creating a new reinforcement layer strongly adhered to the substrate and covering it with new plaster. The repaired system is additionally fixed to the wall, while injection of PU foam significantly improves the insulating power of the repaired thermal insulation system.
